TIBBS David John MC, Legion d'Honneur, MA, MS, FRCS Passed away peacefully after a short illness at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 16th August 2017, aged 97 years. Beloved husband of Marie, his second wife, and much loved father to six children from his first marriage to "Paddy", together with his ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, he will be greatly missed. Funeral Service to take place at St Peter's Church, Wolvercote, on Friday 15th September 2017 at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to NSPCC, c/o S & R Childs, 10 The Parade, Oxford Road, Kidlington, OX5 1EE
