BELL Peter Arthur Suddenly but peacefully surrounded by his family on 29th August 2017, aged 59 years. A loving partner, father, grandfather and brother. Funeral Service at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 14th September at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.
