COLLETT David Passed away at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 20th September 2017 aged 82 years. Much loved son of Thomas and Dorothy and brother of Peter, Brian, (Deceased) Valenta and Carolyn He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Funeral to be held Thursday, 12th October at 2.30 pm .No flowers please but donations can be made in, David's memory, if desired to.Restore, a local charity supporting people with mental health illness.
