DeCOURCEY TAYLOR Cedric Passed peacefully away in the Horton General Hospital on Wednesday, 4th October 2017, aged 86 years. (Former Social Worker of Oxfordshire County Council). Beloved Husband of Sheila, loving Daddy of Gwen, Carolyn, Anita and a devoted Grandfather of Keshia. Funeral service at Banbury Crematorium on Wednesday, 18th October at 2.00pm.
