SIMMONDS Rachel Elizabeth Sadly taken from us on 5th October 2017 aged 27 years. Beloved daughter of Peter and Sarah and sister to Katie, Alison and Matthew. Funeral service 12 noon, Thursday 2nd November 2017 at St Peter's Church, Great Haseley. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Oxford City Casuals Football Club, Thames Valley Air Ambulance or St Peter's Church may be sent c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service, 7, Buttermarket, Thame, OX9 3EW.
