Stevens Philip John (Phil) Of Kennington aged 84 years passed away at the John Radcliffe on 25th October. Beloved husband to Elizabeth, father and father in law. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire (Garford) Crematorium at 1pm on Thursday 9th November. Family flowers only please. Donations are gratefully received for Mesothelioma UK.
