Smy Edward John (Eddy) 28/11/1936 26/10/2017 Passed away peacefully at The Close Nursing Home Burcot. He will be sadly missed by all his family. The funeral service will take place at St Johns Chapel, Oxford Crematorium on Monday 20th November 2017 at 12.00. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Dementia Oxfordshire and The Close, Burcot c/o S&R Childs, 1 Courtland Rd, Rose Hill, Oxford OX4 4HZ.
