KIRWAN (Dr) Patricia Passed peacefully away on 4th November aged 91 years. A beloved mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed. She will be received into St Anthony of Padua RC Church, Headington 7.00 pm on Thursday 23rd November. The Funeral Service will take place at 10.00 am on Friday 24th followed by cremation. Family flowers only but donations if desired to St Luke's Hospital, c/o S & R Childs Funeral Services, 69 London Road, Headington OX3 9AA
