PALMER Ruth Marie Died peacefully at Wyndham Hall Care Home on 8th December 2017, aged 84 years. A loving wife and friend to many. The funeral service will take place on Friday 22nd December 2017 in St. Edburgs Church, Bicester at 11.00am followed by burial in Bicester Cemetery. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to Dementia UK, c/o D L Hancock Ltd Funeral Directors, Chapel Hse, 13 North St, Bicester, OX26 6NA. Tel: 01869 244200.
