CHANCE Penelope 'Penny' Passed away peacefully on the 14th December 2017. Much loved wife of Ted. Loving mother to Lorraine and Steve. She will be greatly missed by all of her family. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium OX13 5PA, at 1pm on Thursday 4th January 2018. Family flowers only please.
