SMART Philip John (Phil) Passed away peacefully on 14th December 2017, aged 75 years. A loving Husband, Dad and Grandad. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends alike. The funeral service will take place in St John`s Chapel, Oxford Crematorium on Tuesday 9th January at 1:00pm. Family flowers only, by request.
