GILES Cecil Passed away peacefully on the 9th December 2017. Aged 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Gwen. Loving father of Elaine and Kevin. Private cremation to take place at Banbury Crematorium followed by a Memorial service for both Gwen and Cecil at St Mary's Church, Charlbury on Tuesday the 16th of January at 1pm.
