HOOK Thomas Herbert Passed away at home peacefully surrounded by his family on 4th January 2018 aged 91. Loving father to Patsy and the late Mick, grampy to Lisa, Lorna, Lucy and Jessy and loving great grampy. Funeral service will be held on Thursday 1st February in St Marys Church, Kidlington at 1pm.
