HOLLIS Anne nee Butler Passed peacefully away at the John Radcliffe Hospital on the 28th January 2018 aged 86 years. Devoted Mum to Tracey and Greg, Mother in Law to Kevin and Armin, Nan to Kirsty and Karl and Great Nanny to Jack. Funeral service at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Wednesday 7th February at 9.00am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired payable to The Heart Failure Fund and the Oxford Hospital Trust (which will be shared between the Haematology Department & Myeloid Speciality Team) may be sent c/o S & R Childs, 81 Ock Street, Abingdon, OX14 5AG
