HOWE M.B.E. Muriel 'Joyce' Of Oxford, peacefully on 11th February aged 99 years. A much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother who will be sadly missed by All. Funeral Service to be held at St John's College Chapel, Oxford on Friday 23rd February at 11am. Family flowers only please, donations for Help The Aged.
