SMITH Derek Bernard Passed away peacefully in the Churchill Hospital on 12th March 2018, aged 67 years. Beloved husband to Beverley, dad to Kelly and Andrew, father-in-law to Sean and Marie and grandad to Bethany and Victoria. Funeral service to take place on Monday 9th April, 2pm at St. Peter's Church, Didcot followed by Committal at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford. Family flowers only please.
