Smith Martin Ward Passed away at home on 20th March 2018, aged 54 years. Much loved Son of Jenny and Bernard. Loved Brother of Heather and Brother in Law Andy. Special Dad of Emily, Poppy and Amy and a very loving Uncle to Martha. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Wednesday 4th April at 10.00am.
