Patrick David (Dave) Passed peacefully away on 21st March 2018, aged 68 years in the John Radcliffe Hospital, surrounded by his family. A much loved husband of Joyce. A loving father to Linda, Lisa, Michael, Andy and Emily and father in law to Adele, Sue and Adam. A brother to Roy and the late Mick, and son of Barbara. An adored grampy to nine grandchildren. Funeral service to be held at Oxford Crematorium on Monday 9th April at 3.00 p.m. All are welcome to attend, black attire is optional. Family flowers only.
