SURMAN Arthur Passed away peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 15th March 2018 aged 84 years. Father to Neil and Angela and grampy to Connie and Joseph. Funeral service will be held on Thursday 19th April at Kidlington Baptist Church at 11:30am. Family flowers only please.
