PHILLIPS Frank Suddenly but peacefully on 3rd April 2018, aged 80 years. Much loved husband of Yvonne, greatly loved eldest son of Queenie, dearly loved father of John and Ian, special grampi of James, Harriet, Georgia, Imogen and Chloe. Frank will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford on Friday 20th April at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Blue Cross c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.
