SIMMONDS Pamela Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 4th April 2018 aged 86 years. Will be greatly missed by Stephen, Lewis and David. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Monday 23rd April at 3pm. Donations if desired, payable to Dementia UK, may be sent c/o H J Knapp & Sons 4 Church Street, Wantage, Oxon, OX12 8BL.
