SMITH John Passed away peacefully on 28th May aged 82 years. The much loved husband of Tilly and adored dad to Shirley, Jacqueline and Gina. A loving grandad to five who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. The funeral will be on Friday 15th June, 1.00pm at St Mary's Church, Wheatley followed by burial. Flowers welcome but donations if desired to The Neurology ICU at The John Radcliffe Hospital c/o S & R Childs Funeral Services, 69 London Road, Headington OX3 9AA
