CLARKE Andrew Michael 'Andy' Passed away on Thursday 14th June 2018 aged 69 years. A much loved Husband, Dad and Grandad. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 28th June 2018 in The Chapel, Banbury Crematorium at 1.00pm .
