MacDonald Graham On 22nd June 2018 aged 59. Husband of Diana and father to Martin and Callum. Funeral to be held at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Wednesday 4th July at 3pm. Donations if desired for the British Heart Foundation and/or Thames Valley Air Ambulance to whom we are deeply grateful for their service, and that of all the wonderful staff at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
