COOK Ernest Fredrick (Ernie) Passed peacefully away at home after a short illness on 27 June 2018 aged 89 years. Loving father of Christina, Patricia & Debra and a much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 12 July at Headington Cemetery Chapel at 11.30am. Flowers welcome or donations if preferred for RSPCA c/o Sandra Homewood Funerals, 5 The Parade, Windmill Road, Headington, OX3 7BL
