Cook Philip Passed away peacefully at Heathfield House Nursing Home on 17 July, aged 89. Much loved husband of the late Doreen, wonderful dad to Chris, Diane & Peter, grandfather of Ben, Michaela & Jake, father-in-law of Paul & Sharon and great grandfather to Niamh & Noah. Funeral service will be held on Friday 3rd August at Oxford Crematorium at 1pm. Family Flowers only but donations kindly accepted for Alzheimer's Society c/o Reeves & Pain Funeral Services, 22 Fairfax Centre, Kidlington, OX5 2PB. Tel. 01865 371159.
