Hart Peter Derek Of Cassington passed away suddenly In hospital on August 27th 2018. Aged 75 years. A much loved Husband and Dad who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Monday 17th of September at Oxford Crematorium at 1pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired made payable to Macular Society may be sent c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, The Cemetery Lodge, Tower Hill, Witney, OX28 5ES. Tel 01993 706778
