PHIPPS Betty Passed away peacefully on 24th September 2018, aged 87 years. Beloved wife to Arthur, loving mother to Linda, Pauline & Stephen, treasured grandmother & great grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service to be held on Friday 12th October, 2pm at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford, OX14 5PA. Family flowers only please.
