IVES Sarah Jane Peacefully passed away on 23th September 2018 with her family around her. Daughter to Maureen & John, sister to Caroline & Colin, sister in law to Earl & Louise, Auntie to Jamie, Joshua & Grace. The service will be held at The church of St John the Evangelist, 6 Burford Road, Carterton OX18 3AA at 1.15 pm On Thursday 18th of October. Immediate family flowers only. Donations to Diabetes.uk. C/0 Co-op Funeral Directors, 4 Brize Norton Road, Carterton.
