PHIPPS John Arthur 'Arthur' Peacefully passed away on the 27th October 2018, aged 88 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Betty & Arthur united again. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, OX13 5PA on Thursday 15th November 2018, at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
