WARREN Ada Phyllis Joan (née Staples) Died on 24th October 2018, aged 97 years. Loving mother of Paul, she outlived her husband Peter and son Charles. The funeral and service of Thanksgiving will take place at St. Andrew's Church, Linton Road, Oxford, OX2 6UG on 23rd November at 12 noon. See also joan-warren.muchloved.com.
