MAYHEW JOHN Passed away peacefully on the 15th November 2018 aged 84. Beloved husband of Pauline. Father of Stephen, Paul and Anthony. The funeral service will take place at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 22nd November at 2.00pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired to Prostate Cancer UK.
