MOORES Leonard Michael Edward (Sam) Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 14th November 2018, aged 90 years. A much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather & animal lover. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 5th December 2018, in St Nicolas Church, Forest Hill, at 3.30pm.
