JACOBS Derek (Jake) 20.05.47 30.11.18 (formerly of Headington) Passed peacefully away after a short illness, on 30th November in Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. Much loved brother of John and David and the late Joan, Iris, Margaret, Audrey and Rosemary, and a dear uncle. Funeral service to take place at Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 19th December at 11:00am. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Portsmouth Hospitals Charity c/o Sandra Homewood Funerals, 5 The Parade, Windmill Road, Headington OX3 7BL.
