SMITH Carol (Née Patterson) Passed away peacefully on Saturday 5th January 2019, aged 72 at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Beloved wife of Michael and Mother to Shaun and the late Stephen. The Funeral service will be held on 1st February 2019 at 11am at St Mary's Church, Garsington, Followed by burial at St Mary's Church. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Cancer UK c/o S & R Childs Cowley, 142 Oxford Road, Cowley OX4 2EA.
