BLACKWELL Theresa Passed peacefully away in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 17th January 2019, aged 88 years, following a short illness. Beloved Wife to George. Loving Mother and Grandmother. Funeral service to take place at Corpus Christi R C Church, Headington on Monday 4th February at 10:30am. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Theresa are for Headway Oxfordshire c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 2 Hendred Street, Cowley OX4 2ED.
