FAULKNER Daphne Jill 'Dilly' Surrounded by her family, Daphne passed away peacefully on Friday 1st February 2019. Much loved wife of Mick. Devoted mum to Simon, Lee & Thomas, and her beloved dog Max. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, OX13 5PA, on Wednesday 27th February 2019 at 12 midday. Family flowers only please.
