THOMAS Cicely Martha née Steptoe Passed away on the 18th March 2019, aged 87 years. Much loved Mum, Gran and sister. Funeral service to be held at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford, OX13 5PA on Wednesday 10th April at 10am. Family flowers only please.
