WATKINS Edward (Ted) Passed away peacefully at his home on the 28th April 2019 aged 82 years. Loving husband to Pam and a devoted father to Alan and the late Debbie. Funeral Service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford on Thursday 9th May at 2.00 pm.
