PURKIS Antony Collins Passed away peacefully on 16th April 2019. Beloved husband to Patricia. Loving father to David & Annie and father-in-law to Tim. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, OX13 5PA on Thursday 16th May 2019 at 10am. Family flowers only please.
