SMITH David Keith Suddenly passed away on13th May 2019, aged 64 years. A loving husband to the late Carol. An adored Dad and Grandad who will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him. The funeral Service will take place on Saturday 8th June 2019 at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, 11am. Family flowers only please.
