WHITTINGTON Patricia Ann Formerly HOLDSWORTH Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 7th September 2019, aged 79 years. A loving Mum to Cherie, Andy & Tina. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at Oxford Crematorium on Thursday 19th September at 2.00pm. No flowers by request. Donations if desired will support Marie Curie and may be sent c/o C.S. Boswell Independent Funeral Services, 7 Bicester Road, Kidlington, Oxford, OX5 2LA.
