HASTE Clive Sadly passed away at the John Radcliffe Hospital on September 30th, 2019 Aged 55 years. Beloved partner of Lisa, Brother to Alan and Carole, Much loved father to Andrew, Chris, Kayleigh, Jordan and Charlie, Uncle to Jed and Kai. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Friday 25th October 2019 at All Saint's Church, Faringdon at 3:00pm followed by a private family cremation. Family flowers only. Donations welcome for Guy and St Thomas Hospital c/o J Godfrey & Son, Ware Road, Stanford in the Vale, Oxon. SN7 8NY.
