BURCHETT Penelope Ann Of Sandford Mount, Charlbury died on 8th October, aged 90. Beloved wife of the late Peter, mother of Christopher, Ancilla and Katharine and grandmother to Edward, Joe, Sam, Freddy and Farideh. Thanksgiving service at St Mary's Church, Charlbury, 13.00 on 25th October 2019.
