PHILLIPS Hazel Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family Sunday 6th October 2019, Aged 84 Years. Beloved Wife of Cyril. Loving Mum and Nana. Funeral service will be held at South Oxford Crematorium, Garford, Abingdon on Tuesday 5th November at 1pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to HASAG Asbestos Disease Support.
