WHITTER PHILIP (PHIL) Passed away peacefully on the 13th November aged 85. Sadly missed by all of his family. The funeral service will take place at Oxford Crematorium on Monday 2nd December at 2.00pm. No black to be worn please. All enquiries c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, Blackbird Leys.
