ATKINSON Ranford Lloyd Passed away peacefully at home on January 25th 2021 aged 86. Much loved Husband of Stella (Miss Nell), Dad to Patricia, Jackie & Robert, Grandad to Kelvin, Jade & Jake, brother, uncle and friend. Ranford was an inspiration to all of us, having survived a major stroke at the age of 51 and continuing to live his life to the full, with amazing will and determination. Ranford will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The family would like to pass on our thanks and gratitude to the Drs, Nurses and Staff at Bartlemas Surgery, and the Oxford District Nurses who supported us with his care. And a special heartfelt thanks to all the Carers from 'Care Outlook' who provided home care for him over the last 6 years. Due to current restrictions a private family service will take place on the 25th February at St Francis Church, followed by interment at Botley Cemetery. Memorial donations if desired may be made in Ranford's name to Alzheimer's Research UK via randfordatkinson.muchloved.com
