CARTER Andy Oxford Bus Company Driver for 33 years. Suddenly on 25th February 2021, aged 57 years. Much loved Husband of Claire and Father of Gemma. Devoted Son of Betty and the late Ron. Loving Brother to Geoff, Debbie and Sara. Much loved Uncle of 10 and Great Uncle of 10. A Private Family Cremation due to Covid restrictions on Monday 15th March at 2.00pm. Andy's funeral cortége will leave from Oxford Bus Company Garage at around 1.40pm. Vary sad to hear this about Andy, he was a colleague and friend to my late husband Mark Winterbourne (Bus Driver) he was alway a happy friendly chap
