PRYOR Basil William Passed away peacefully on 1st May 2021, aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Gwyneth, much loved Dad of Jane, Caroline, David and their partners. Adored Grandad and Great Grandad. He will be greatly missed. Due to current Covid restrictions, a private funeral will take place. Donations if desired to Didcot Rotary Club Charities c/o M&J Didcock Funeral Director, 15-17 Park Road, Didcot OX11 8QL

Basil was a true son of Didcot, who helped many of us find employment back in the 'old days', when there was not so much work around.
I regularly did the 'night shift' because no-one else would, dozing the long hours away and waiting for the dawn.
