CHURCH Tamara Ann (née Woolford) Sadly passed away in the Churchill Hospital on the 19th April 2021, Aged 46 years. Dearly loved wife to Mark, greatly loved mother to Barnaby, much loved daughter to Brian and Dorothy and sister to Nicola and twin to Sarah. Tamara will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service on Wednesday 19th May 2021 at All Saints Church, Faringdon. Due to current restrictions a private service will take place. Family flowers only.
